Commercial Alarm Systems

An alarm that comes
with the footage.

Commercial-grade intrusion detection paired with your camera network. Motion, glass-break, door contact, and perimeter sensors, all unified, so an alarm arrives with the video of what set it off.

Alarms and cameras belong on one system

A standalone alarm gives you a signal and a guess. Somebody has to decide, at two in the morning, whether to send a person to the property, and a large share of those trips find nothing.

When the alarm and the cameras are one system, the signal arrives with the clip. That turns a maybe into a yes or a no before anyone drives anywhere, and it is the single biggest reduction in false-alarm cost we can give a property.

What we install

Motion detection sized for the space rather than for a catalog, glass-break sensors on the openings that matter, door and window contacts, and perimeter detection for yards, lots, and fence lines.

All of it reports into the same platform as your cameras and, if you use it, your access control, so there is one log to search rather than three systems to reconcile.

Need a tower instead of an install?

Mobile solar surveillance towers rent at $2,500 per month flat and stand up in under four hours, on sites with no power and no internet.

Common Questions

Questions we get asked

Why pair an alarm with cameras?

Because a signal on its own does not tell you whether to send someone. When the alarm arrives with the clip that triggered it, you can tell in seconds whether it is an intrusion or a raccoon, which is where the cost of false alarms goes away.

Can you add an alarm to a camera system I already have?

Usually. What determines it is the recorder and the platform your cameras run on. Tell us what is installed and we will confirm what can be unified before we quote.

Do you cover outdoor yards and fence lines?

Yes. Perimeter detection for yards, lots, and fence lines is a common request from equipment yards and vacant properties, and it pairs naturally with camera coverage on the same line.

Is alarm monitoring included?

Alarm response and live video monitoring are priced separately and delivered with licensed central station partners. The alarm system itself is the detection layer, and you choose whether to add monitoring on top.
